Choose Cool Tone Foundation if you look best in pure white, black and pure jewel tones, pink and blue. Your skin has pink undertones, and the veins on the inside of your wrist look more blue/purple than greenish.

Cool Medium: Your skin is Light to Medium tone. You may sunburn at first, than tan.
